Everyone had a superb weekend of powerboat racing, ranging from the Speed Record, through the exciting Boat GP Match Race, to the World Championship cliff-hanger, with for the first time a local driver and team challenging for first place.

Drivers enjoyed it, organisers had a smooth-running stress free weekend, the sponsors were all pleased with their returns, and the promoters have already got together to sign-up for an even better event next year.

The date will be 2th-3th June 2007, so mark it into your diaries for next year, for a fantastic weekend in one of Europe’s finest historic cities with the warmest welcome. An event organised by enthusiasts; and it shows.!!
